We process personal data only to deliver the website and to answer your enquiry.
Hosting and server logs
The website is delivered via Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser details to deliver the site and protect it against attacks.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition.
Contact form
When you write to us via the form, we process your name, email address, the topic you chose, your message and the language of the page. We use this only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote.
The details are not stored on the website. They are passed via a Cloudflare function to the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) and delivered from there as an email to our mailbox. Resend is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact by email
If you email us directly, we process your details to answer your message on the same legal bases.
Our mailbox is operated via Microsoft 365 (for customers in the EU: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited). Microsoft processes the emails on our behalf.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them. If a contract is concluded, statutory retention periods apply. After that we delete the data.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Write to info@mzk-marketing.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example where you live or with the authority responsible for us: Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Nicosia, Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
